1. Data controller

NOBLE FLEET, with agencies in Khemisset and Marrakesh, is the controller of data collected in connection with vehicle rental. Contact: noblefleet.rental@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data needed to process your booking and perform the rental contract: identity (first and last name), contact details (phone, email), and at vehicle handover, the supporting documents required by law (ID, driving licence).

This site sets no advertising cookies and collects no online payment data.

3. Purposes

Data is used to: process your booking request, draw up the rental contract, provide assistance during the rental, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Retention & sharing

Data is kept for as long as required by the contractual relationship and legal obligations. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your WhatsApp conversations are governed by WhatsApp's (Meta) own terms.

5. Your rights

In accordance with Moroccan law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have rights of access, rectification and objection. To exercise them, write to noblefleet.rental@gmail.com.

6. Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
