Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms govern vehicle rental offered by NOBLE FLEET ("we") through this site, WhatsApp, phone or in-agency. Any booking implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Driver & documents

The main driver must hold a driving licence valid for at least 2 years and present valid ID (ID card or passport). For licences issued outside Morocco, an international driving permit may be required.

Documents are checked at vehicle handover (both sides of the licence).

3. Booking & duration

The minimum rental period is 3 days. A booking is confirmed once availability is validated by our team (WhatsApp, phone or email). No online payment is required on this site.

4. Deposit & payment

A deposit is required at handover: cash or bank pre-authorisation via CMI, depending on vehicle category. It is released on return of the vehicle, subject to the condition report.

Rental payment is made at pickup, in the national currency (MAD).

5. Delivery & return

Vehicle delivery and collection are free across the cities and airports we serve. The vehicle is handed over with a joint condition report signed by both parties and must be returned in a comparable state (fuel, cleanliness, equipment).

6. Insurance & assistance

All our vehicles are insured. Reinforced coverage options may be offered. Roadside assistance is available 24/7 across Morocco.

Damage resulting from improper use (unauthorised off-road driving, negligence, undeclared driver, driving under the influence, etc.) remains the renter's responsibility.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. After that, contact our customer service to work out a solution.

8. Use of the vehicle

The vehicle must be used with due care, exclusively within Morocco, by declared drivers only. Fuel, tolls and fines are the renter's responsibility.
